Michael McKiddy, MA, LPC

Owner / Clinical Psychotherapist

Michael is a graduate of Wayne State University, where he received his Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With over 9 years of working in the counseling field, he genuinely cares about people and has a strong desire to see them overcome their obstacles in life. Michael has experience working with ages 18+, particularly who suffer from a variety of mental illnesses and/or personal struggles. His specialties include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1, Low Support Needs), PTSD, adjustment disorder, and relationship issues. He utilizes a number of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Gestalt Therapy. Michael brings enthusiasm and professionalism into each of his sessions.

Jill Galsterer, MA, LPC, ATR

Jill graduated from Wayne State University with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy. Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy involving the encouragement of free self-expression through painting, drawing, modeling, etc. and it is even possible with telehealth! 
Populations that Jill tends to work with most often are couples, individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders. She also has experience working with survivors of intimate partner violence, domestic violence and sexual assault. 
Jill offers both virtual (ages 13+) and in-person sessions (ages 6+).
